Build and coach the accounting team while partnering with the CAO/CFO and FP&A on budgeting and planning. The role emphasizes ERP optimization, ASC updates, and external audit coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting required; MBA preferred.
• 8–12 years in accounting with 3–5 years in controller leadership.
• ERP systems expertise (Dynamics/NetSuite/SAP) and consolidation experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations: GL, AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly/annual close and GAAP financial statements.
• Lead internal controls, policies, and audit coordination.
• Oversee tax compliance and liaise with external advisors.
• Develop accounting team; mentor and manage performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and ERP optimization.
