Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting, including general ledger management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems, as well as advanced skills in spreadsheets and financial analysis tools.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain internal controls, oversee audits, and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading or supervising accounting teams, with skills in delegation, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience as a Controller or in a senior accounting role, ideally within distribution, merchandising, promotional products, or related industries.
