Job summary

CT19, incorporated in Oak Ridge, TN, is seeking an accomplished Controller to lead SEC reporting, technical accounting and SOX compliance in a capital-intensive, multi-entity environment.

You will own the monthly, quarterly and annual close, drive external reporting in US GAAP, strengthen internal controls and support strategic transactions under the CFO. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant interaction across senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with SEC reporting.
• Direct ownership of SEC reporting and US GAAP disclosures.
• SOX 404 experience and strong internal controls knowledge.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidation and intercompany eliminations.
• Ability to work under strict public company reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close across multi-entity orgs.
• Own SEC reporting, footnotes, 10-K/10-Q filings and registrations.
• Prepare technical accounting memoranda on M&A, revenue, leases, impairment.
• Oversee project cost accounting and audit readiness.
• Drive SOX compliance, control documentation and testing.
• Coordinate external audits and quarterly reviews.
• Support acquisitions, JVs and strategic investments.
• Coordinate US federal/state tax compliance and incentives.
• Oversee government grants, tax credits and incentives.
