Paycom - ATS in Charleston, WV seeks a Controller to oversee financial operations, close processes, and financial reporting. You will manage job costing, WIP, margins, and variance analyses while partnering with project managers and senior leadership to deliver timely financial insights.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and at least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with CPA/CMA preferred. Strong control mindset and Excel proficiency are essential.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certification preferred (CPA/CMA).
• At least 5 years progressive accounting experience with strong financial controls.
• Experience with GAAP, audits, and tax compliance is required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee general accounting functions and monthly/quarterly close processes.
• Prepare financial statements, internal reports, and variance analyses.
• Track job-level costs, WIP schedules, margins, and progress billing.
• Develop budgets, cash flow projections, rolling forecasts, and financial controls.
