Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong Controller-level leadership experience.
• Experience in mid-sized, complex organizations; $100M+ revenue preferred.
• Deep understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance.
• Experience managing treasury, cash flow, banking relationships, and debt.
• Proven ability to lead and develop accounting teams.
• CPA or CMA preferred; Dynamics 365 BC & Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and financial operations including reporting, budgeting, forecasting.
• Oversee cash activity, banking, debt, lines of credit, and fraud controls.
• Own monthly/annual financial reporting and statements.
• Maintain controls across GL, balance sheet, cash, revenue, expenses, and accruals.
• Provide leadership across AP/AR, payroll, and related functions.
• Coordinate audits, tax preparation, and supporting schedules.
• Partner with executive leadership on performance, risk, and planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and financial visibility.
• Collaborate with operations, HR, technology, and other leaders.
• Support accounting system enhancements and automation initiatives.
• Lead, develop, and hold the accounting team accountable; step into details as needed.
