Job summary

Orano Group in Oak Ridge, TN seeks a Controller to lead the Enrichment Business Unit and Project IKE. The role oversees core accounting, reporting, and strategic financial guidance for senior leadership.

You will manage a finance team in Oak Ridge, drive process modernization, and partner with operations and technology to support organizational change and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
• 15+ years accounting/finance experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with DOE contracting and DOE financial regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with strong internal controls.
• Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and DOE-related reporting.
• Lead change management and process improvements across finance functions.
• Build and lead an in-person finance team in Oak Ridge and mentor staff.
