The ideal candidate has over 10 years in accounting, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong background in job costing and revenue recognition for construction companies.
• Prior experience in project accounting is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage and supervise all accounting functions for business units.
• Oversee financial forecasting, including Work in Progress projections.
• Lead and develop a team of approximately 30 project accountants.
