A community-focused construction company in Melbourne, FL is seeking an experienced Controller to oversee all financial workings of a $50 million commercial construction firm. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on accuracy and leadership. This role comes with a competitive salary of $120,000-$140,000, along with performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off and health insurance.

Formación

• Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in construction or project-based industries.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and job cost accounting.
• Experience with financial modeling and WIP reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily accounting operations with 3-person staff.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and Work In Progress reports.
• Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff.
