Job summary

Bevel Financial is seeking a Controller to lead external audit relationships and own financial reporting accuracy. You will manage treasury operations, cash management, and data infrastructure, while ensuring GAAP compliance and strong internal controls.

The role requires hands-on skills to build and improve reporting systems, coordinate across audit, treasury, and accounting teams, and communicate effectively with leadership in a small, high-trust environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with audit-facing responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Hands-on in building and improving financial reporting infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead outsourced audit processes, planning through completion.
• Own monthly financial reporting package (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and data infrastructure.
• Oversee treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and banking relations.
• Supervise internal controls, data consistency, and cross‑team coordination.
