Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Control Technician 3 in Charlotte, NC to support electro-mechanical installations, troubleshooting, and panel wiring. You will work with 480V/3-phase systems, read electrical diagrams, and contribute to the build and commissioning of control systems.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with 5 years in a job shop environment and at least 1 year electrical experience.
• Experience with serial (Modbus) and Ethernet communications.
• Ability to use basic Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with PLCs and SCADA systems.
• Experience configuring network switches.

Responsibilities

• Following verbal instructions and work orders to determine materials and sequence of assembly.
• Providing on-the-job training for new employees.
• Following company procedures for ordering, storing, receiving, and returning materials and tools.
• Ensuring work is completed as per schedule and quality goals.
