Job summary

Bechtel Global Corporation in Chandler, AZ is seeking an experienced Control Systems Supervisor to lead a team on a major facility project. The role combines hands-on engineering with staffing, planning, and schedule oversight.

This part-time telework position requires at least three days in-person per week, with duties including discipline estimates, work plans, and coordination with clients, suppliers, and regulators.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of instrumentation and control valves including specifications and data sheets.
• Knowledge of control system design including digital/analog control logic and network architecture.
• Strong frontline leadership and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Ability to facilitate technical discussions with clients, suppliers, regulators.
• Experience on greenfield or brownfield semiconductor, data center or life sciences projects.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Control Systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and direct day-to-day Control Systems engineering activities on projects.
• Supervise and schedule personnel and review work with minimum-to-moderate complexity.
• Provide technical input to meet procurement requirements and budget.
• Prepare discipline estimates and work plans; oversee implementation and performance.
• Review calculations, design documents, and change orders for the project.
