Job summary

Bechtel seeks a part-time Telework Control Systems Designer for our Chandler, AZ Fab 62 site. You will develop 2D/3D CAD designs for control systems including earthwork, drainage, road design, and foundation, ensuring precision and inter-discipline coordination.

You will review drawings for accuracy, support constructability, and collaborate across teams to meet schedule and quality goals. This flexible role combines on-site presence three days a week with telework options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5–12 years of related experience.
• Experience with P&IDs, Cable Schedules, IO Lists and Network Architecture Diagrams.
• Experience with 2D/3D CAD design and clash checks on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops complete Control Systems designs with minimal supervision and produces construction drawings.
• Assists in constructing detailed scale models and reviews drawings for quality and accuracy.
• Coordinates with other disciplines to ensure design compliance and timely project delivery.
