The role requires 2+ years of product development engineering, a relevant engineering degree, and willingness to travel up to 20% between sites and 10% elsewhere.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering with 2+ years of product development experience.
• Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• PhD in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering.
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned control system functions and interfaces.
• Provide technical guidance and direction to a small engineering team.
• Support full life cycle development and mentor junior engineers.
• Travel up to 20% between Rolls‑Royce sites and up to 10% to other locations.
