Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering required; 2+ years of product development engineering experience.
• Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical or Computer Engineering preferred.
• PhD in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering is an asset; U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned control system functions and interfaces.
• Provide technical guidance and direction to a small engineering team.
• Support full lifecycle development and mentor junior engineers.
• Travel up to 20% between Rolls-Royce sites and up to 10% other travel.
• Collaborate with a global engineering community for knowledge exchange.
• Ensure technical outcomes meet standards and quality.
