Job summary

GrayMatter is seeking a Senior Control Systems Engineer to join the Building Automation Services team in San Antonio, TX. The role focuses on managing specialized work with meticulous attention to detail and on-time delivery, coordinating between mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

The candidate will lead commissioning, testing, and documentation validation, and train end users on new applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field (EE, EET, ME, MET or comparable).
• 7+ years of relevant experience in control systems, SCADA, and integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration between mechanical, electrical, and controls systems across platforms.
• Develop and execute commissioning procedures, test scripts, and document validation.
• Provide end-user training and consulting on new applications.
• Assist in project development and planning.
• Travel up to 50% of the year as needed.
