Job summary

Linde Engineering Americas, a unit of Linde plc, seeks a control systems engineer to implement standard control system solutions on projects independently or with limited guidance. You will collaborate with process, mechanical, electrical, and operations teams, review P&IDs and SWDs, specify hardware and software, and perform in-house setup, testing, and commissioning of control systems panels.

This role supports Linde's VPSA (oxygen) and N-plant (nitrogen) product lines and offers a salary

Responsibilities

• You will implement standard control system solutions on projects independently, or with limited guidance
• You will work with internal/external clients, e.g., Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Operations, etc.
• You will review P&IDs and SWDs and provide input
• You will specify and requisition control system hardware, software, panels, instrumentation, and engineered components
• You will also perform in-house setup, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of control systems panels
• You will participate in the commissioning of primary control systems, e.g., simulation testing, startup, tuning, auto restart
