Qualifications

• Two years of security operation center experience.
• Two years in law enforcement or 911 dispatch.
• Three years in a call center.
• Five years in customer service.
• DD214 with 2+ years in command center/GSOC.
• Associates degree in Criminal Justice, IT, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarms and events using security software and cameras.
• Document actions in daily activity or incident reports.
• Assist in training new operators and maintain contact lists.
• Support staffing and shift coverage as openings arise.
• Remain flexible to changes in procedures and shifts.
