Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of security operation center experience.
• Two years in law enforcement or 911 dispatch.
• Three years in a call center.
• Five years in customer service.
• DD214 with two years in command center or GSOC environment.
• Associates degree in Criminal Justice, IT, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarms and events using security software and cameras.
• Coordinate with law enforcement or local security teams as needed.
• Document actions in daily activity or incident reports.
• Support staffing during shifts and learn procedures through training.
