Job summary

Leidos LLC is seeking a highly experienced Control Account Manager (CAM) in the Intel Sector-Cyber & Analytics Business Area. The CAM will manage budget, scope, and schedule for assigned Control Accounts, participate in Agile PMO activities, and ensure EV/earned value practices are followed across integrated software and hardware efforts.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 12 years of relevant experience (additional experience may substitute).
• Experience as a Control Account Manager, TTO Lead, or equivalent managing budget and schedule.
• At least 3 years on a large, complex software/hardware integration program.
• At least 5 years in a technical project/program management role.
• At least 2 years in an Agile environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication, highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Clearance required: TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budget, scope, and schedule for assigned Control Accounts.
• Participate as an Agile Team Member within PMO Scrum team.
• Coordinate with Agile organization delivering work within CA.
• Maintain Earned Value principles within work teams.
• Maintain a current Estimate to Complete for CA work.
• Prepare Monthly Status Reports or Variance Reports for each CA.
• Engage with Business/Finance Team during monthly rhythm.
• Authorize customer activities within CA scope.
• Act as primary POC for customer and stakeholders.
• Contribute to staffing and procurement within CA.
