Job summary

Nightwing Supply Chain is seeking an experienced professional to support a program with specialized government and commercial customers. You will manage customer and supplier relationships, lead negotiations, and ensure contract performance while coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires extensive contract and supply chain expertise, with an emphasis on regulatory knowledge, proposal support, and performance management to achieve program objectives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Contracts and Supply Chain including Acquisition/Procurement, Subcontract Management, Negotiations.
• U.S. Citizenship with Top Secret/SCI clearance (Polygraph) and willing to upgrade.
• Willing to work onsite as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal preparation, lead negotiation, administration and closeout.
• Interface with the customer in a professional manner.
• Draft, review and negotiate prime contracts and subcontract modifications.
• Summarize issues, research compliance matters, interpret regulations, identify risks and formulate recommendations.
• Negotiate sound business deals with stakeholders delivering solutions for the contract.
• Work with cross-business team and manage multiple assignments with deadlines.
