Job summary

Nightwing Supply Chain seeks a seasoned Contracts and Supply Chain professional to support a program within the SPE Strategic Business Unit. The role requires interfacing with customers and suppliers, handling proposals, negotiations, and contract closeouts, and ensuring program performance.

Candidates must have 12+ years in contracts/supply chain, U.S. citizenship, active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and willingness to work onsite in Dulles, VA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Contracts and Supply Chain with Acquisition/Procurement, Subcontract Management, or related fields.
• Active U.S. Citizenship and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph; willing to upgrade.
• Willingness to work onsite as needed to perform job duties; mission requirements may dictate schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal preparation, lead negotiation, administration and closeout.
• Interface professionally with customers and suppliers.
• Provide senior management with updates on customer and supplier issues.
• Draft, review and negotiate prime contracts and subcontracts to ensure compliance with internal policies and public law requirements.
• Summarize issues, research compliance matters, interpret regulations, identify risks, and formulate recommendations.
• Negotiate sound business deals with stakeholders and provide governance to all involved parties.
• Collaborate with cross-business teams and external/internal customers; manage multiple assignments to meet deadlines.
