SciTec Incorporated, a dynamic defense contractor, seeks a Contract/Subcontract Manager to draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, and terms. You will interpret FAR/DFARS clauses, maintain records, and coordinate with accounting, security, and project teams to manage risk. U.S.

citizenship and Top Secret clearance are required. Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in contract management (or 10+ with a Master’s) and CPCM/CFCM certification, with strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Must have 15 years of experience in Contract Management OR 10 years with a Master's degree.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts/subcontracts and NDAs.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS clauses and UCC principles.
• Ability to obtain and maintain active Top Secret security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts/subcontracts, modifications, NDAs, and terms.
• Support project teams with contract management, cost allowability and payment milestones.
• Maintain contract records and develop subcontract templates and bid packages.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Security, and Project Control to manage risks.
