Job summary

SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contracts Advisor to drive global sales contracting, commercial negotiations, and contract compliance programs.

In this senior individual contributor role, you will manage high-stakes transactions and mentor junior team members with autonomy and strategic impact. You will handle software license agreements, SaaS cloud agreements, NDAs, SOWs, and addenda, while advising on revenue recognition (ASC 606), data privacy (GDPR/CCPA/CPRA), and

Qualifications

• 7+ years negotiating and drafting commercial contracts within software/cloud industry.
• Experience with SLA, SaaS, NDA, SOW, and knowledge of FAR is preferred.
• Bachelor's in Business or related field; MBA/JD is highly desirable.
• Professional contract management certification (e.g., World Commerce & Contracting/IACCM) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct negotiations for enterprise contracts and draft high‑complexity SLA, SaaS, NDAs, SOWs, and related addenda.
• Advise Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Security on contract terms, commercial structures, and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Review data privacy and security requirements (GDPR/CCPA/CPRA) and govern government sales under FAR where applicable.
• Coordinate contract requests, filing, tagging, and indexing in the contracts repository and support closeout in Salesforce/CLM.
