Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems seeks a Senior Principal Contracts Administrator for on-site work in Baltimore, MD, with flexibility for Sunnyvale, CA. The role supports proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and contract administration to ensure proper acquisition and fulfillment in line with company policies.

The successful candidate will interface with customers, manage contract changes, review terms, and maintain contract data in CM/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in contracts or related field, or Master's with 6 years; 12 years in lieu accepted.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Excel.
• Experience negotiating Standard Ts&Cs, FAR/DFARS and specialty clauses.
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customer for contractual issues and monitor contract obligations.
• Participate in proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract administration; manage assigned contracts per policies and requirements.
• Develop solutions to routine and complex contractual matters and mitigate risks.
• Ensure timely delivery of contractual deliverables (CDRLs/SDRLs) and maintain contract data in CM System/Enterprise Accounting System.
