Job summary

Keysight Technologies Inc. is seeking a Contracts Senior Representative to support US and Canada sales by administering customer agreements and negotiating terms within policy.

You'll review non-standard terms, assess risk, and collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliant, timely contract execution while supporting Keysight’s objectives. Remote-friendly with preference for Loveland, CO office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or work experience.
• 4+ years in contract administration or related role.
• Experience reviewing commercial agreements and terms.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and escalate as needed.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Legal, Finance, and others.
• Strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and administer standard and non-standard customer agreements in US/Canada.
• Assess contractual risk and develop mitigation strategies.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and escalate as needed.
• Manage existing agreements through lifecycle including amendments and signatures.
• Provide guidance on contracts processes and policies.
• Negotiate terms within guidelines and escalate complex matters.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and other teams to resolve requests.
