Job summary

IGT is seeking a Contracts Administrator III to independently manage commercial contracts and support contracting governance, compliance, and operations across the full lifecycle. The role collaborates with Legal, Sales, Finance, Licensing, Compliance, IT, and other teams to drive efficient, well-drafted agreements and reduced risk.

Location: Las Vegas, hybrid — 3 days in the office. You will draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor contracts, maintain records, and improve processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Paralegal certificate preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive commercial contract administration or related function.
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle management, governance, and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract administration across the lifecycle: intake, drafting, review, negotiation, approval, and renewal tracking.
• Draft and finalize customer and vendor agreements, NDAs, amendments, and related documents using approved templates.
• Customize clauses, identify conflicts, and elevate legal issues to counsel when needed.
• Maintain accurate contract records in the contract lifecycle management system and repositories.
• Prioritize requests based on risk, urgency, and strategic importance; provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Improve contracting workflows, templates, quality controls, reporting, and system usability.
• Coordinate with Legal, Sales, Finance, Licensing, Compliance, IT, Accounting, and other teams.
• Gather information, resolve issues, ensure compliance, and support timely project completion.
• Protect confidential information and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
