Job summary

The State of Wisconsin's Department of Corrections seeks a contracts specialist to negotiate and administer multi-million-dollar programs for services and commodities to Persons In Our Care. You will oversee the end-to-end process from needs assessment to implementation, monitoring, contract management, and audits.

You will serve as the contract expert, coordinate with DMS, analyze services, conduct market research, and communicate across divisions to implement contracts for items like

Qualifications

• Negotiation and contract management experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating services and markets.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple divisions (DAI and DMS).

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and administer multi-million-dollar contracts for services and commodities.
• Lead end-to-end contract process from needs assessment to implementation and audits.
