Job summary

State of Maryland - Department of Juvenile Services seeks a Contracts Manager to oversee IAAs, MOUs, MOAs and related agreements. This role manages the contract lifecycle, including planning, performance monitoring, compliance, vendor management, changes, closeout and procurement actions.

You will ensure expenditures are tracked and compliant with COMAR Title 21 and load documents into the CTS system. Join us to advance public safety by supporting youth services through accountable contracting

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
• Five years of administrative staff or professional work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all assigned youth service-related contracts through the contract lifecycle, including planning, monitoring, compliance, vendor management, changes, and closeout.
• Create solicitations and RFPA and ensure expenditures are tracked to comply with COMAR Title 21.
• Maintain records and reporting for leadership and other stakeholders.
