Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contract administration at a General Contractor or EPC.
• Experience in large-scale or complex construction environments.
• Ability to manage fluctuating daily priorities and multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of contract redlining and negotiation process.
• Maintain and track accurate version control for contract documents.
• Coordinate cross-departmental communication and deliver weekly status reports.
• Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external partners.
• Monitor project closeout to verify all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
• Support project management teams with drafting contractual notices.
