Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to draft and negotiate complex agreements with plan sponsor clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance business goals with risk management, acting as the primary liaison in negotiations with clients and their counsel.

The role requires a JD and 3–4 years of compliance/legal experience in contracts, plus strong problem-solving and outstanding communication skills.

Qualifications

Requires a 4-year college degree and a JD.
3–4 years compliance/legal experience, preferably in contracts negotiation and drafting.
Strong problem-solving skills for resolving complex negotiation issues with clients and counsel.
Initiative in identifying contracting issues and developing client-focused solutions.
Ability to develop relationships across Fidelity with excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

Represent and protect Fidelity in drafting and negotiating various agreements with plan sponsor clients.
Collaborate with Sales, Relationship Management, Operations, Finance, Product Management, Compliance and Corporate Legal to meet business goals while managing risk.
Serve as primary representative in resolving complex negotiation issues with clients and their counsel.
Build new internal relationships to support the team and Fidelity's contracting objectives.
