Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking a senior contract management professional to lead mid- to large-size projects and formulate contracting strategies for individual contracts. You will perform resource surveys, risk assessments, and develop master documents while guiding changes across systems and processes.

The role requires deep knowledge of procurement, bid/award strategies, and the ability to manage budgets and multiple compensation structures within engineering and construction contexts. U.S.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent with extensive related experience.
• Excellent communication with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Job-related technical knowledge and ability to learn applicable statutes, guidelines.
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious, efficient manner.
• Must be able to provide proof of U.S. citizenship.
• Experience in contract management for engineering and construction projects.
• Experience with RFP/RFQ processes for heavy industrial construction projects.
• Experience formulating multiple compensation structures (reimbursable, lump sum, unit price).
• Experience in change management and claims negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid to large size projects.
• Formulate contracting strategy for individual contracts.
• Perform resource survey and contract risk assessment; issue findings report.
• Develop Master Document.
• Support, guide, and implement changes in systems, processes, and procedures.
• Assess resource needs; prepare workforce and indirect estimates; manage budgets for contracts.
• Other duties as assigned.
