You will oversee a team, develop contract strategies, and manage complex subcontracting for various services including facilities, maintenance, and security. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with boards, executives, and meetings.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops contracts policy and procedures and supervises procurement staff.
• Lead and supervise procurement team; manage contracts and supplies.
• Manage subcontracts for Base Operations Support across services.
• Coordinate with engineering and subcontractors; host vendor site visits and bid analyses.
• Manage HSPD-12 security background check coordination and site access.
