Job summary

ServiceSource Inc. is seeking a procurement leader to manage the BOS NGA NCW contract in St. Louis and Arnold, MO. The role focuses on contract development, supplier management, and team leadership in a government contracting environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in procurement/contracting, strong communication, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance. Excellent collaboration with engineering and program teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with 5+ years of related experience; or high school diploma with 10+ years in boards/executives/meetings/related work.
• Knowledge of government SCA preferred; ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI with polygraph.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills; experience in procurement and contracting for government programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise procurement team; manage contracts and suppliers.
• Develop cost-effective contracting strategies and bidding processes.
• Coordinate with engineering; perform bid analysis, proposals, and government responses.
• Oversee subcontracting for Base Operation Support services and construction works.
