Job summary

LMI seeks a Contracts Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to Program Leadership on a high-visibility, classified program. The role focuses on managing risk, accelerating growth, and ensuring mission performance within a Classified environment.

Ideal candidates will bring deep federal contracting expertise, strong judgment, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship are required, with experience across contract types and compliance

Qualifications

• 15+ years of federal contracting experience (or equivalent)
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a strategic partner
• Strong knowledge of contract types, especially IDIQs, FAR/DFARS

Responsibilities

• Advise Program Leadership on risk, opportunities, and solutions across the lifecycle
• Review sole source task order RFPs and align program performance with process improvements
• Lead and negotiate contracts, tasks, and delivery orders while protecting company interests
• Oversee contract terms, monitor compliance, and identify mitigations
• Advocate for the Classified Program within Contracts and ensure responsive execution
