Job summary

Cubic Corporation is seeking a Contracts professional to plan, negotiate, administer, and close contracts for Cubic. You will coordinate with program leads and various teams to ensure compliance and on-time delivery of contractual obligations.

Remote candidates (East Coast preferred) may be considered; travel to client sites and Cubic facilities is required as needed. A strong background in SaaS and international contracts will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five (5)+ years of related experience.
• Strong customer-facing experience.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, SAP, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in SaaS and/or international contracts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Negotiates and administers contracts for Cubic, including proposal planning and submission.
• Tracks performance against contract deliverables and cash receipts.
• Coordinates with supply chain to ensure flowdowns in supplier agreements.
• Collaborates with BD, PM, Engineering, and Cost Estimating on proposals.
