Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in contract administration.
• Thorough understanding of contract principles, theories, and regulations.
• Extensive knowledge of FAR, DFARS, OTA, and related regulations.
• Experience as Contracts SME utilizing an ERP system.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Support programs and functional areas in contract and proposal compliance.
• Support ERP implementation.
• Participate in cost and pricing reviews with multiple departments.
• Maintain and develop records, electronic and hard copy.
• Develop, negotiate, and manage complex contracts with government agencies and partners.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, OTA, and other regulations.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, supply chain, and program management to support objectives and mitigate risks.
• Analyze contract terms to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare reports on contract status and performance metrics for senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in contract management processes.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers and contracting officers.
