Job summary

X-Bow Systems in Texas is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Deputy Program Manager to oversee propellant manufacturing programs and cross-functional teams.

You will plan, execute, and close programs, manage budgets, schedule, and risks, and serve as the primary liaison with customers, executives, and partners to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to navigate complex technical and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years' experience in a technical field.
• Proven track record of managing complex programs with multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• X-Bow is interested in motivated self-starters with strong communication and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute program plans with goals, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Oversee execution to deliver on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, QA, and supply chain.
• Manage resources for optimal allocation to meet program objectives.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders including executives and partners.
• Communicate program progress, challenges, and outcomes with transparency.
• Identify risks and mitigate those impacting program objectives.
• Resolve issues and apply best practices for continuous improvement.
• Interface with customers, IPT leadership, and track contract requirements and funding.
