Qualifications

• Six to eight years of progressively responsible commercial contract experience, including drafting, review, and negotiation.
• Experience with government contracts and related requirements (FAR/DFARS).
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracting concepts and risk allocation.
• Ability to lead a contracts function and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the contract lifecycle from intake to closeout for customer and supplier agreements, including government contracts.
• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate contracts to protect Busch’s interests.
• Identify and flow down government contract requirements (FAR/DFARS) to suppliers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and other teams to align requirements.
