Job summary

SABG in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage US Federal Government and DoD prime contracts and subcontracts, including modifications, funding requests, and communications with government customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of Federal Government contracts experience.
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and responding to NDA/TA/Subcontract edits.
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer US Federal Government and DoD prime contracts and subcontracts, including modifications and funding requests.
• Draft, negotiate, and respond to counterparty edits of NDAs, TAs, and Subcontracts.
• Monitor funding levels and prepare letters in accordance with contract requirements.
• Maintain contract files to comply with FAR/DFARS and company policies.
