Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Contracts Manager for Global Corporate Procurement in Austin, TX to lead end-to-end contract strategy across multiple spend categories. You will negotiate terms, interface with Legal, and drive high‑volume contracting with autonomy and executive-level collaboration.

The role requires strong procurement process skills, cross-functional influence, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an indirect procurement function at a multinational corporation.
• Experience managing spend categories including three or more: IT Software, IT Services, Corporate Services, Marketing, Contingent labor, Facilities and Real estate, and Tail Spend.
• Experience with category management, benchmarking, should-cost models, RFX, reverse auction, contracting.

Responsibilities

• Operates with autonomy in communicating with Legal, the Business and Global Category Managers.
• Influences at all levels of leadership to deliver results.
• Serves as the principal subject matter expert in Amazon standard contracts and external contracts.
• Negotiates MSAs, MHSA, MPA, PSA, SOWs, Work Orders, LOI, MOU, Term Sheets.
• Monitors renewals, SLAs, KPI attainment and other triggers affecting the business.
• Develops contract standards, procedures and systems to scale the team.
• Orchestrates end-to-end process from kickoff to full execution with weekly metrics.
• Gathers executive input to obtain buy-off on key decisions.
