V2X, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Sr. Compliance Manager to interpret regulations and lead compliance for Subcontracts and Procurement.

You will guide audits, develop training, and ensure adherence to government regulations while supporting cost/price analyses across supplier actions. The role requires deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS/CAS and CPSR, with strong written and analytical skills and experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or related field; MBA or advanced degree desired.
• 8+ years of Finance/Audit experience with government or related Subcontracts/Procurement.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, CPSR requirements.
• Experience preparing cost/price analyses and audit support.
• Ability to evaluate supplier pricing and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsabilités

• Interpret regulations for Subcontracts and Procurement groups.
• Perform or support detailed cost/price analyses for supplier proposals.
• Prepare Cost/Price Analysis reports and pricing recommendations.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Engineering, and Contracts for evaluations.
• Support internal and external audits (DCMA, DCAA) and policy development.
• Develop and implement compliant procurement processes.
