Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, contract management, finance, law, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle for purchaser agreements, including proposal support, review, negotiation, execution, administration, amendment, and closeout.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial terms and conditions to protect the company’s interests.
• Manage the internal contract review and approval process with multiple stakeholders.
• Advise project and business teams on contract interpretation, compliance, and change-management provisions.
• Maintain complete and accurate contract files and obligation-tracking tools.
• Monitor performance, provide status reports, and address issues affecting schedule, cost, or commitments.
• Support commercial strategy, bid development, and negotiation planning.
• Promote consistent contracting practices and improve templates and controls.
