Job summary

SubCom is seeking a Sr. Contracts Manager in Newington, NH to lead the full contract lifecycle for purchaser agreements. You will negotiate terms, manage risk, and ensure compliance while coordinating with Sales, Legal, Finance, Marine, System Design, and Project Management teams.

The role requires drafting and negotiating detailed agreements and maintaining accurate contract records. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential to support program delivery and profitable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law or related field.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex contracts.
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle, risk and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle for purchaser agreements.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial terms to protect interests.
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Marine, System Design, and PM teams.
