Job summary

Albany Engineered Composites (AEC) seeks a Sr. Manager, Contracts & Customer Support for the Emerging Markets & Technology Segment at its Rochester, NH location. You will oversee a small contracts team, drive contract management for complex aerospace proposals, and report to the Sr.

Director of Contracts & Proposals. The role requires U.S. government contracting experience and ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is required.
• MBA, JD and/or CPCM is preferred.
• Excellent leadership and teambuilding skills with strong business acumen.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of two contracts professionals and manage all proposal and contract activities for the Emerging Markets & Technology Segment.
• Lead contract negotiations for complex U.S. Government and commercial aerospace contracts.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies; coordinate with Legal as needed.
• Provide strategic guidance on terms, pricing, and risk; manage cross-functional collaboration.
