Job summary

Rootshell Security Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Contracts Manager to support contracting across customers, suppliers, distributors, resellers and subcontractors for the business.

The role focuses on ensuring robust terms, compliant agreements, and effective risk management while maintaining the Contracts Library. You will review and red-line agreements, draft amendments, and update templates in response to laws and business needs, working both remotely and with stakeholders across the UK and

Qualifications

• 10+ years contract management in complex technology/IT service delivery/cyber security.
• Expertise in MSA, SOW, NDA, and multi-schedule contract structures.
• IP knowledge and drafting to protect Rootshell IP.
• Experience drafting, negotiating and managing amendments/variations.
• Supporting risk management and identifying contractual risks.
• Communicating obligations/risks to non-legal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of public sector procurement, governance, audit requirements.
• Knowledge of English and international law.
• Good client care and interpersonal skills.
• Able to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented and independent working.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and expertise on contract terms with customers, suppliers, distributors, resellers and subcontractors for Rootshell.
• Review terms, red-line as necessary and negotiate to acceptable conclusion for Rootshell.
• Maintain the Contracts Library and complete summaries for signed contracts.
• Update templates as laws, regulations and business needs change.
• Provide documentation and assistance to the business as required.
