Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of combined legal and administrative experience or equivalent qualifications.
• Legal experience with contract review and/or contracts administration.
• Experience researching on the Internet and in other legal resources.
• Experience with MS Office and document management systems (SharePoint or iManage).
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and editing skills; ability to draft legal documents.
• Experience in project or process management for efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate legal services on complex and high-value matters.
• Coordinate contract intake and gather requirements with internal stakeholders.
• Track contract metrics and monitor workflow performance.
• Maintain contract templates, clause libraries, playbooks, and other contracting resources.
• Assist in administration of contract management systems and related technologies.
• Coordinate activities related to the organization’s trademark and service mark portfolio.
