Job summary

The Senior Paralegal at The Nature Conservancy will provide expert contract support and coordinate legal services for complex matters across business units. Working with TNC attorneys, you’ll ensure legality and policy alignment while improving efficiency and risk management.

You’ll manage contract intake, track metrics, and help maintain templates, playbooks, and the trademark portfolio. A detail-oriented, process-focused mindset is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of combined legal and administrative experience or equivalent qualifications.
• Legal experience with contract review and/or contracts administration.
• Experience researching legal resources and conducting internet searches.
• Experience with MS Office, SharePoint or iManage and related technology.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience in project or process management for efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support complex or high-value legal matters for assigned units.
• Serve as a key contact for contract intake and review using templates and playbooks.
• Maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and contract resources.
• Assist with contract management systems and trademark portfolio coordination.
