Base pay range

$55.00/hr - $75.00/hr

We are working with a cloud computing company that supports nonprofit, healthcare, and educational institutions. The company is seeking a contracts manager to review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts of varying types and complexity levels, particularly SaaS/cloud software sales agreements, DPAs and BAAs. The attorney will also be responsible for managing certain projects and improving processes related to commercial contracting efforts.

Who are we looking for?

• 5+ years' experience negotiating and redlining various contracts, with a focus on sales contracts
• Bar admission in any state is greatly preferred but not required
• Client: Cloud computing company
• Location: REMOTE
• Duration: 4-6 months with potential to extend
• Full-time: 30-40 hours a week
• Start Date: ASAP
• Pay Rate: $55-75/hour
