Job summary

Focus Search LLC in Seattle seeks a Contracts Manager to oversee commercial agreements, purchase orders, and contractor relationships across major infrastructure and industrial projects.

You will partner with procurement, legal, operations, and project teams to drive contract execution, manage change orders and claims, mitigate risk, and protect the company's commercial interests throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering or related
• Advanced degree or certification (MBA, PMP, Certified Contract Manager or equivalent)
• 5-10 years progressive experience
• Proven track record managing complex agreements exceeding USD 100M
• Demonstrated success administering projects from development and permitting through construction, commissioning, and operational handover.

Responsibilities
