SOLVE Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead commercial contract strategy, negotiations, and risk management for services and solutions across the business.

This role provides executive-level guidance and partners with Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to align contracts with profitability and risk tolerance. The position oversees complex customer, supplier, and strategic partnerships, driving excellence in contract governance and commercial playbooks while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; legal/financial acumen preferred.
10+ years in contract management or related field with leadership experience.
Experience negotiating high-value customer and subcontract agreements.
Familiarity with utility-scale renewables and EPC environments is a plus.
Professional certifications (CPCM/CCM/PMP) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead commercial strategy, negotiation, and administration of complex contracts.
Act as primary commercial lead for high-value, high-risk agreements.
Develop contracting strategies aligned with growth and risk goals.
Collaborate with Legal to balance objectives with risk mitigation.
Identify risks, manage compliance, and drive contract governance.
